Slow Roasted Pork Ribs
Local pork, dry-rubbed and oven-roasted, finished on the grill. BBQ Sauce on side- GF
Basque Chicken Paella
Short grain rice cooked to crispy perfection. Chopped onions, pimentos, and fresh herbs. - GF
