Selection of meats and cheeses and house pickles

Braised in country salsa, topped with queso fresco and fresh herbs

Bread, tomato, olive oil, and garlic salt

Family Style Main Course

The meal is served family-style. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions

Slow Roasted Pork Ribs

Local pork, dry-rubbed and oven-roasted, finished on the grill. BBQ Sauce on side- GF

Basque Chicken Paella

Short grain rice cooked to crispy perfection. Chopped onions, pimentos, and fresh herbs. - GF

Grilled Asparagus

Toasted pine nuts, fresh basil, and mint- GF, V

Bayonne Style Potatoes

Duck fat, garlic, and fresh herbs- GF

Grilled Farmer’s Market Vegetables

Power greens, lemon, Spanish olive oil- GF, V
